PlayMuchBetter Academy is operated by TIPUNIA S.L., with CIF B70945464, a company incorporated under Spanish law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlayMuchBetter Academy, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
3. Service Description
PlayMuchBetter Academy is a training and coaching platform for EA FC 25 (FIFA). We offer educational content, match analysis, personalized training, and performance improvement tools for the video game.
4. Subscription System
Our platform operates under a subscription model with different levels:
- Free Plan: Limited access to basic content
- Basic Plan: Access to intermediate content and basic tools
- Pro Plan: Complete access to advanced content and analysis
- VIP Plan: Full access including personalized coaching
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected period (monthly or annual) until cancelled by the user.
5. User Registration and Account
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The refund policies are as follows:
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current period
- Exceptional refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Payments are made in the currency corresponding to your region
7. Acceptable Use
You are prohibited from using the service for:
- Illegal or unauthorized activities
- Sharing access credentials with third parties
- Attempting to access unauthorized systems
- Distributing copyrighted content
- Creating multiple accounts to evade limitations
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including videos, texts, analysis, and tools, is protected by copyright and belongs to TIPUNIA S.L. or its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
PlayMuchBetter Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific improvements in game performance or particular results.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users with reasonable advance notice.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons, with or without prior notice.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent Spanish courts.
