PlayMuchBetter is an academy to help you improve at EA FC 27. You get training videos from our coaches, 1:1 sessions, analysis of your matches, reviews of your Ultimate Team squad, the Results Tracker to follow your stats, and a Discord community.

1) Create your account with Google or Discord: it takes a few seconds and no card is needed.
2) Start with the free videos, such as "The PMB framework" series.
3) When you want more, pick a plan on the Plans page or buy microcredits to pay only for what you use.

The website is available in Spanish, English and Arabic. Change the language with the globe selector in the header, top right (top left when viewing in Arabic).

On the Comunidad Chousita page of the website, in four steps: your PMB account, Discord linked, access to the community server (accept Chousita's invitation and press "Check community") and "Claim my free review". You do not need to be a Twitch sub. It is one gift per PMB account and per Discord account, and from the moment you claim it you have 15 days to send your squad.

No: the server runs in Spanish and English, and the channels and announcements are in those two languages. Write in whichever of the two you prefer and the team will answer you in the same one.

There are four tiers:
• Free: the free videos, the Results Tracker in trial mode (3 uses) and the Discord.
• Basic: all Basic content, the full Results Tracker, 1 squad review a month and the monthly masterclass on Discord.
• Pro: everything in Basic, plus Pro content, 1 1:1 session, 1 video analysis and 3 squad reviews a month.
• VIP: everything in Pro, with 3 1:1 sessions, 3 video analyses and 10 squad reviews a month.
You can pay monthly or yearly. Up-to-date prices are on the Plans page.

The 1:1 sessions, video analyses and squad reviews in your plan arrive as tickets in your dashboard. They renew with each period and expire at the end of it: every month on monthly plans, and once a year, with the whole year's allocation, on annual plans. Anything you don't use doesn't carry over. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining tickets expire when your last paid period ends.

They let you pay only for what you use, with no subscription and whether or not you have a plan. You can buy them one by one (from 1) or in discounted packs of 50, 150 and 250, and redeem them for:
• 1:1 session: 50 credits
• Video analysis: 30 credits
• Squad review: 5 credits
• 30 days of Results Tracker: 10 credits
• 24 hours of all content: 5 credits
Your balance never expires. What you redeem does: content access lasts 24 hours and everything else must be used within 30 days.

Yes. From your dashboard, open your subscription management and cancel it in the Stripe billing portal. It won't renew again and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, which is not refunded.

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express…), Apple Pay and Link. Payments are processed securely by Stripe: we never see your card details.

It depends on the language you browse the website in: in Spanish you are charged in euros (EUR), in English in US dollars (USD) and in Arabic in Saudi riyals (SAR). The prices in each currency are on the Plans page, and Stripe charges you in that currency, with no conversion on our side.

Training videos from our coaches, organised into three tracks (Fundamentals, Mechanics and Analysis) and also by series and instructor. Each video requires a tier: Free, Basic or Pro.

All videos marked as free, including the full "The PMB framework" series. The rest of the catalogue unlocks with Basic or Pro, or for 24 hours with 5 microcredits.

We add new videos throughout the season, especially when a new edition of the game comes out.

The videos are recorded in Spanish. More and more of them have an Arabic-subtitled version and a dubbed version with the instructor's voice cloned with AI; you choose it on the video page itself. The ones that don't have it yet say so on their page.

It's our tool for tracking your matches. You upload a screenshot of the end-of-match stats screen and a vision AI reads the data for you, so you can see how your game evolves match after match.

When an EA FC 27 match ends, take a screenshot of the stats screen, the one comparing both teams, and upload it at resultstracker.playmuchbetter.com. The AI extracts the score, minutes played, possession, shots and shot accuracy, expected goals (xG), passes, dribbles, tackles, interceptions, saves, fouls, corners, offsides and yellow cards. It doesn't capture scorers or assists.
A free account gets 3 trial uses; from Basic up, or for 30 days with 10 microcredits, access is unlimited.

PNG, JPG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB and at least 800×600 pixels. If you can, use the console's or PC's own screenshot rather than a photo of the screen: it reads much better.

They're one-hour 1:1 sessions with one of our instructors, on Discord or Google Meet, whichever you prefer. You book them from your dashboard with a session ticket (included in Pro and VIP, or for 50 microcredits), picking a free slot in the instructor's calendar at least 24 hours in advance.

Have recordings or clips of your recent matches ready, a list of specific questions and a clear goal for what you want to improve. If you use the Results Tracker, your stats help the instructor see where the problem is.

Please be on time: the hour is yours. If you haven't let us know, the instructor will wait 10 minutes as a courtesy. After that, it's up to the instructor whether the session goes ahead or counts as used. If you're running late, let us know on Discord as soon as possible.

Yes. Message us on Discord or through the contact form at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move or cancel it at no cost: your ticket becomes available again. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you lose the ticket. Each side can request only one time change per session, and if the instructor cancels, you lose nothing.

From your dashboard, on the video analysis ticket, paste the link to a recording of one full EA FC 27 match (YouTube, Drive, WeTransfer…) and, if you like, tell us what worries you. You can also send it to us on Discord. A coach studies it and within 48 hours the analysis is in your ticket history; we'll let you know by email.
The ticket is included in Pro and VIP, or costs 30 microcredits.

Once a month, the coaches give a live masterclass on our Discord, between an hour and a half and two hours, on a topic that helps subscribers: a match commented live, the meta of the current patch, or a topic you ask for. It is included in Basic, Pro and VIP. You need Discord linked in PMB to get your plan role, which opens the channel. The date is announced on Discord at least a week in advance; you can leave questions beforehand and take part by voice or chat. Afterwards the recording is published in the Masterclass series of the catalogue.

From your dashboard, under "Squad reviews", upload one to three screenshots of your Ultimate Team squad, tell us what you want to improve and, if you like, your formation, budget and untouchable players. A coach studies it and replies in writing within 48 hours, here and by email, with concrete changes: signings, sales, formation and chemistry. It is included in the plans (1 a month on Basic, 3 on Pro, 10 on VIP; once a year on annual plans) or costs 5 microcredits. If you are in the Comunidad Chousita on Discord, you get one as a gift.

In English or Spanish, whichever you prefer: our coaches speak both. They are not delivered in Arabic. Tell us which one you want when you book the session or send the request, in the notes for the coach.

First check your internet connection. If it still fails, try: 1) reloading the page, 2) clearing your browser cache, 3) opening it in incognito mode, 4) disabling browser extensions. If nothing works, message us on Discord or through the contact form, telling us which video it is and which browser you use.
