If something doesn't work or you have a question, you have three ways. We reply within 24-48 business hours.

What you need: Nothing: the form works even without an account.

The screenshots show the Spanish interface; the texts appear in the same order in your language.

   Check the FAQ

   The FAQ has the most common questions, by topic and searchable. Press a question to see the answer.

   Write to us through the form

   On Contact, fill in your name, your email, the subject and the message, and press Send Message. We'll reply to that email.

   

   If all goes well, you'll see "Message sent!" below the form.

   Or open a ticket on Discord

   Send a direct message to the PMB bot on our server: it opens a support ticket the team sees straight away and answers in the same DM. For general questions, the server channels work too: the team and the community are there. We explain how to join in the Discord guide.
