What each plan includes

Each plan builds on the previous one. Here you have, plan by plan, what you get: which videos you can watch, which services with a coach you receive each period and what else opens up. The prices in each currency are always on the Plans page.

What you need: Nothing. To subscribe, your account and a payment method.

The screenshots show the Spanish interface; the texts appear in the same order in your language.

   Free: to get started

   Without paying anything you have the free videos (among them the complete series "The PMB framework"), the Results Tracker in trial mode (3 uploads) and the Discord community. Plus the improvement path, which is for everyone.

2. 2

   Basic: all the Basic content and the masterclass

   It unlocks the Basic level videos, which are most of the catalogue, the full Results Tracker, the monthly masterclass on Discord and 1 squad review a month. On Discord you get the Basic role with its channels.

3. 3

   Pro: the services with a coach

   Everything in Basic, plus the Pro level videos (analysed matches) and, every month, 1 1:1 session, 1 video analysis and 3 squad reviews. Pro role on Discord.

   VIP: the most support

   Everything in Pro, with 3 1:1 sessions, 3 video analyses and 10 squad reviews a month, plus the monthly Results Tracker report. VIP role on Discord.

   How the plan's services work

   Sessions, analyses and reviews arrive as tickets on your dashboard, under Quick Stats. They renew with each period and expire when it ends: what you don't use doesn't carry over. On monthly plans, every month; on yearly plans, you receive the whole year's allocation at once. If you cancel, what's pending expires when the last paid period ends.

   How to use them: book a session, request an analysis and request a review.

   Monthly or yearly, and changing plan

   The yearly plan works out at two months free compared with paying twelve monthly instalments. You can move up a plan at any time: the change is applied to your current subscription, with the proration the screen shows you before you confirm, and you never pay two subscriptions at once.
